Terms of Use
Rules for using the Ai and Sons website, business tools, accounts, portal, and future subscription services.
- Version:
- 2026.08
- Effective date:
- August 16, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and Ai and Sons LLC. By accessing an account, submitting content, or using an interactive service, you agree to these Terms. AI tools, accounts, and subscriptions are limited to users at least 18 years old using them for professional or business purposes. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Informational website and consulting
Website materials do not create a consulting, fiduciary, attorney-client, medical, accounting, or investment-adviser relationship. Consulting services begin only under a signed agreement or statement of work.
3. Accounts and portal
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and sign-in links, promptly report suspected compromise, and use only records your organization authorizes you to access. We may suspend access to protect users, data, or systems.
4. AI tools and outputs
AI and planning tools may produce incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect results. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other professional advice. You are responsible for human review, testing, permissions, and decisions made from outputs. Do not use outputs as the sole basis for decisions that materially affect a person.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not bypass safeguards, interfere with systems, submit prohibited sensitive data, violate rights, or use the services for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, dangerous, or abusive activity.
6. Content and intellectual property
We and our licensors own the website, branding, software, templates, and other materials, excluding content you lawfully provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and moderate submitted content as needed to provide and protect the service. Client deliverable ownership is determined only by the applicable SOW; Ai and Sons retains background tools, know-how, and reusable components.
7. Comments and feedback
Public comments are governed by the Comment Policy. You represent that you have rights to submitted content. We may remove content or restrict participation. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly.
8. AI & Sons One prelaunch terms
AI & Sons One is not generally available. If launched, checkout will disclose the current price, recurring billing period, included access, and cancellation method before purchase. Unless checkout states otherwise: there is no free trial; the subscription renews monthly until canceled; cancellation is available through the Stripe billing portal; access continues through the paid period; and fees are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. We will provide advance notice of material pricing changes.
9. Third-party services
Third-party links, sign-in, billing, AI, and integrations are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND PUBLIC TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR ANY BUSINESS, FINANCIAL, TECHNICAL, OR OTHER OUTCOME.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI AND SONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM PUBLIC SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR PUBLIC SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE AFFECTED PUBLIC SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. SIGNED CLIENT AGREEMENTS CONTROL CLIENT-SERVICE LIABILITY.
12. Suspension, termination, and changes
We may modify or discontinue public features and may suspend or terminate access for risk, nonpayment, or violation. Sections that by nature should survive will survive. We will post material revisions with a new effective date.
13. Governing law and venue
Pennsylvania law governs without regard to conflict-of-law rules. After good-faith informal escalation, disputes must be brought in the state courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, unless a signed client agreement provides otherwise.
