Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful professional use

Use services only for lawful professional or business purposes and only with data, systems, and content you are authorized to use.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized security testing, service disruption, scraping that evades controls, or bypassing access restrictions.
• Fraud, impersonation, deceptive communications, spam, unlawful surveillance, harassment, exploitation, or discrimination.
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
• Generating or facilitating weapons, violence, self-harm, sexual exploitation, or other illegal or dangerous activity.
• Using AI output as the sole basis for high-impact employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal, education, or government decisions.

3. Prohibited data

Do not submit PHI, raw payment-card data, credentials, government identifiers, biometrics, children’s data, or similarly sensitive information through public services. A client may operate a healthcare system that we built using synthetic data, but PHI must remain within the client-controlled production boundary unless a SOW expressly selects managed PHI services and every required BAA and readiness approval is effective.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict outputs, suspend access, remove content, or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or legal rights.
