Where Ai and Sons uses artificial intelligence and the safeguards expected around its use.

1. Where AI is used
AI may assist with business assessments, planning-tool recommendations, model selection, comment spam detection, research and editorial drafts, podcast scripts and disclosed synthetic voices, CRM summaries and risk flags, sales research and outreach drafts, and consulting delivery.
2. Human responsibility
AI output is probabilistic and may be incorrect. Public tools are informational. Material outbound communication, client state changes, regulated-data work, and consequential business decisions should receive appropriate human review.
3. Data controls
Do not place prohibited sensitive data in public AI features. For client work, approved providers and contractual controls depend on the data classification. We may build a client-operated healthcare AI system using synthetic data without receiving production prompts or outputs. Any Ai and Sons access to PHI requires managed-PHI approval, a signed BAA, and a separately approved stack; the current public Gemini integration is not approved for PHI.
4. Intellectual property and citations
AI output may resemble existing material or contain unsupported citations. Users must verify accuracy, permissions, originality, attribution, and suitability before relying on or publishing output.
